Capricorn Full Moon - Inspired Change

And one of the most powerful Full Moon of the year in many ways!

One of my favourite Full Moons is Capricorn. It is probably not the most popular lunar event, but in my personal experience, it illuminates such important energy that created a pivotal change in my life. 

First, I believe Capricorn is the original sign of the holy masculine energy. This sign emulates the systems and structures it stands on, which is why some of its magic is lost. We have a lot of work to do to bring balance back to our collective systems to showcase the sea goat's (Capricorn) energy. 

Capricorn's natural placement initiates the midheaven, an evolutionary gateway of light and where we can capture our own. So when the feminine luminary, the Moon, shines in this sign, we are given the gift of empowering our life force and understanding what we want to do with it in the world in coherence with our inner world and the heart. When illuminated by the Sun in Cancer, this zodiac axis creates a powerful calling to reinforce the power of the divine energies in our lives that create harmony and balance.  

In reference, I think of relationships like Isis and Osiris, Thoth and Seshat or Jesus and Magdalene. 

This Full Moon is blessed with fortune when we decide to walk through the gateway of our evolution. The changes we apply in this lunar cycle will be firmly rooted in the future. 

Therefore, map out your goals, decide how you want to evolve and stand in your light on this Full Moon. Capture its essence of change and inspired action.

The Capricorn Full Moon was a true blessing when I was in France, which is why it is so dear to me. I was in one of my favourite churches on top of a mountain with my friend Bart, and as we drove down, the sky lit up with the Moon.  It was right around this time that I discovered a significant block in my life that was contributing to loneliness and my fear of allowing the holy masculine into my life. Shortly after this realization and incredible healing, I met Hakim, and I have all faith that this Full Moon helped me co-create the greatest love I have ever experienced.

This particular Moon is conjunct Pluto, and we will see it manifest over the next six months. Change is inevitable. 

Decide what that may look like for yourself and how you want your light to contribute to the greater collective. 

PS—It also falls the day before Magdalene's Feast Day on the 22nd, my greatest mentor and inspiration. On this day, I will be sure to head over to Mary's church by my apartment to pay tribute to her and Mother Mary. To balance the Capricorn energy, a beautiful ritual would be to honour the feminine.
