Over many centuries, we have destroyed the spiritual aspect of sexuality and how the Cosmic Womb connects us to our most profound power: our sexual energy.

It’s time to shift that! Especially with the vibes of this upcoming Eclipse. It is time for women to reconnect with their sexual energy to enhance their power and allow it to transpire in all areas of their lives. Our sexuality was never meant to be hidden or shameful. I was intended to be the foundation of our spiritual practice.

Activating our sexual energy helps us amplify our co-creation consciousness by increasing our vibrational frequency, leading us to attract what we believe we deserve and initiate change.

Pleasure, breath, and root locks are all methods to enhance our sexual energy. They induce dopamine, serotonin, vasopressin and many more biochemicals widely known for our well-being, happiness, and sexual function. These biochemicals also help us access our emotional state and soul memory, altar our neurochemistry and enable our brain cells and other nervous system cells to communicate. It allows us to connect to higher states of consciousness.
