AUDIO BREATHWORK PRACTICE

+ Sit down with eyes closed

+ Place one hand on your solar plexus and the other over your heart

+ Your breath will follow the pattern in the recording

+ On the inhale, bring your spine into a straight position, shoulders back

+ On the exhale round the shoulders and spine; breathe your whole body with the breath in this movement of expansion and contraction
